What Remote does

The host stays involved before and during the session.

Remote access should never feel hidden or ambiguous. The current product uses an incoming request, an explicit host decision, authenticated setup, and visible disconnect controls.

Host approval before connection

The receiving device sees the incoming request and can accept or decline before the session proceeds.

Controlled device and passcode flow

Session requests use registered devices and server-issued, time-limited access information.

Authenticated session setup

Connection setup is tied to authenticated SkillBid devices and server-issued signaling information.

Visible disconnect controls

The product exposes normal session termination and emergency-disconnect controls during remote use.

Supported uses

Designed for approved assistance, not invisible access.

The host should understand why the session is requested, decide whether to accept it, and retain the ability to end it.

Guided technical support where the host remains aware of the session.

Remote assistance for approved work on a registered device.

Collaborative troubleshooting with explicit host participation.

Session security

Security claims stay tied to verified product behavior.

Authenticated devices

Session setup is connected to authenticated SkillBid device records.

Server-issued signaling

The connection flow uses server-issued session information rather than an open anonymous endpoint.

Host consent

The receiving device accepts or declines before the session proceeds.

Visible termination

The product provides normal and emergency ways to end the session.
